MICE TRAVEL s.r.o. has been appointed as the agency dealing with accommodation for participants of the Summer School organized by Czech Technical University – Faculty of Electrical Engineering.

We have arranged for you various accommodation, close to the venue – Czech Technical University (CTU). The reserved capacity is limited and we recommend that you book your accommodation as soon as possible. Reservations will be processed on a „first come, first served“ basis. On our list of accommodation you will find a detailed list of services included in the price. Reservations made after July 15, 2017 are subject to availability. Please address any queries to MICE TRAVEL, not to the organizational office of the Summer School.

Accommodation guidelines

To make a reservation for accommodation, it is necesssary to fill in the on-line Accommodation Form. Each participant will receive an email of confirmation with the respective hotel and the total amount to be paid within 4 days. After settlement of the payment to MICE TRAVEL, each participant will receive a hotel voucher by e-mail. The voucher should be presented at the reception desk upon arrival. Should the hotel/guest house of your choice not be available any more, we will offer you a similar accommodation instead.

Cancellation conditions

Please inform MICE TRAVEL about any changes or cancellations in writing by e-mail info@micetravel.cz. Telephone amendments will not be accepted. Please do not contact the hotel directly for any reservation changes or cancellations as reservations are held by MICE TRAVEL. The appropriate refunds will be processed after the Summer School.

Cancellation on or before July 31, 2017 – full refund (less a handling fee of 25,- EUR) Cancellation after July 31, 2017 – one night cancellation fee On the date of arrival and no show: 10% of the total accommodation amount will be refunded
